This Policy is updated as of 01-October-2020. The following Policy applies to wholesale orders; for direct-to-consumer orders, please see the All Sales Final / Return Policy.
All sales that have shipped are considered final and are ineligible for refund or return. Oh Sheetz LLC and associated employees (“We”, “us”, “Oh Sheetz”) will refund, return or replace items that are damaged during the shipping process. Sales that are for reserving merchandise (ie “Preorders”) are not eligible for full refunds or store credit unless the product arrives in our possession more than (2) weeks beyond the preorder arrival estimate. Orders placed online and shipped via “Ground / LTL” shipping may be canceled before the item has a shipping label printed. Orders placed online and shipped via “Expedited” shipping may not be cancelled or altered. Dropshipped orders direct to a mutual customer may be cancelled before the order has shipped.
For items damaged in transit, you must take a photograph of that damage to the product and send to us; we will then send you a free shipping label to return the item to us for a full return or for store credit in the delivered packaging if we determine that the product is damaged. At our discretion, we may not request a return of the damaged item. Your initial contact and photograph(s) must be submitted within three days of receipt of the merchandise according to the delivery manifest of the shipping company. Contact us at “[email protected]” and alongside the return request, please include your name, shipping address, order number and return preference (“Refund” , “Store Credit”, “Replacement”). Please also indicate which shipping company was used and if you noted the damaged product or containers to the shipping company upon receipt. Your request will be acknowledged, and we will process your request. If the product and product packaging inside the shipping box is not damaged, your return request will not be accepted. If approved, your refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once we receive the damaged product.
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this Policy on a case by case basis. This policy may update at any time; purchases made or orders placed are associated with the Return Policy version posted at the time of sale.
